An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well-respected public sector organisation in the West Midlands. This is a locum position and will be for an initial period of 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension beyond this.

The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Court of protection applications
  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health
