Responsibilities
- Complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic advisory work for employers, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
- Drafting and negotiating senior executive service agreements and settlement agreements
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
- Business development and strengthening client relationships
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer in England & Wales with 4-8 years PQE in employment law
- Strong technical expertise with experience managing complex matters
- Commercially minded with excellent client-handling skills
- Confident working autonomously and contributing at a senior level
- Interested in business development and long-term career progression
