This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving excellence, innovation, and collaboration within a nationally recognised Family practice.
Responsibilities
- Drive Practice Development initiatives, ensuring the Family team has access to accurate, up-to-date legal resources and guidance.
- Support lawyers in delivering outstanding client service, strengthening relationships, and contributing to business development.
- Play an active role in firm-wide knowledge projects, representing the Family team and shaping processes and services.
- Help implement and embed our Practice Development strategy across the business.
- Deliver training and innovation, including supporting the integration of AI tools into day-to-day legal work.
- Horizon-scan legal and market developments, keeping our lawyers ahead of change, reducing risk, and improving efficiency.
- Support legal content creation and contribute to high-quality awards submissions.
Qualifications
- A qualified lawyer/solicitor with strong experience in Family law - essential.
- A passion for knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate change and drive best practice.
