The Role
- Drafting complex wills and estate planning
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
- Trust creation, structuring, and administration
- Estate administration, including high-value estates
- Asset protection and wealth preservation advice
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships.
