This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer to take a leading role within a high-quality team, advising high-net-worth individuals and families while helping to grow the practice and develop the next generation of lawyers.
The Opportunity:
You’ll handle a sophisticated caseload while working closely with clients, professional contacts and colleagues across the team.
Your workload is likely to include:
- Wills and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals
- Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
- Trust creation, structuring and ongoing management
- High-value and complex estate administration
- Asset protection and wealth preservation
- Managing your own portfolio of high-value clients
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You:
- Extensive experience in Private Client law
- Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients
- Technically confident across wills, trusts, tax planning and estate administration
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercially minded with a strong business development focus
- Confident building long-term client and professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgement
- Ambitious and keen to contribute to the continued growth of a specialist team
