Family Partner
Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Partner to join a highly regarded Family team handling complex and high-value matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- High-value financial settlements
- Children matters, including complex disputes
- Cohabitation disputes
- Agricultural and rural family matters
You will also:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and matters
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- Develop and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
About You
- Extensive experience in family law
- Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients
- Experience handling complex financial and children matters
- Commercially aware with strong leadership skills
- Confident mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
- Strong client relationship and business development ability
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and sound judgement
