An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their conveyancing experience within a supportive and reputable law firm environment.
The Role
- You will assist fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, supporting matters from instruction through to completion.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing correspondence, legal documents and forms
- Managing and progressing transactions under supervision
- Dealing with client enquiries and providing regular updates
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, financial advisers and third parties
- Assisting with exchange of contracts and completions
- Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions and certificates of title
- Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
- Supporting the wider team with general conveyancing administration
About You
- A minimum of 1 year's experience within a residential conveyancing role
- Good understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
