Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working alongside a large, not-for-profit housing provider in the UK to recruit a Supervising Solicitor to join their well-established in-house legal team.

The Supervising Solicitor will directly line manage and supervise a team of Paralegals and work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive in-house legal service to the Housing Services, Property and Customer Services Directorates on all aspects of tenancy and leasehold management law, including possession, disrepair, anti-social behaviour and service charge disputes.

The successful candidate will be required to work 7.5 hours per day across four days per week and attend their office in Hatton Garden a couple of days each week. The candidate must also be a fully qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX).

The hiring manager is seeking candidates with substantial post-qualification experience (ideally a minimum of 7 years' PQE) in housing law, acting on behalf of social landlords and tenants, gained in private practice, a local authority, or an in-house legal team.
