Locum Senior Housing Lawyer (Management)

Up to £65 umbrella per hour

Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer on an interim basis.
About the role:
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for this to be extended, and requires someone who can work on a hybrid basis in London.
The successful candidate will manage a team of lawyers, senior legal assistants, and paralegals who are responsible for a caseload of housing law matters.
About you:
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with thorough knowledge of housing law, ideally from within a local authority setting; however, those with extensive knowledge from the private sector or other public sector organisations may also be considered.
You will ideally have some previous experience managing a team; however, those with senior housing and supervision experience may be considered.
