Senior Corporate Solicitor is required to join a professional services firm permanently. You will be joining their Corporate team, based in their London office with a hybrid working pattern.
Responsibilities include:
- Working within an established corporate team on corporate, business structuring projects, M&A, and private equity work.
- Handling high-profile transactional matters, including international reorganization projects and intra-group reorganizations.
- Advising a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to private companies, including LLP conversions and cross-border transactions.
- Managing various M&A transactions on both buy-side and sell-side.
- Collaborating with different teams within the business to deliver client solutions.
We seek experienced lawyers with a background in Corporate Law and transactional work to join our busy, friendly team at the Manager level and support our continued growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified UK solicitor or equivalent with extensive UK experience.
- Technical expertise in Corporate M&A and Restructuring.
- Experience advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable.
