Sellick Partnership are working with a highly reputable Local Authority in the Midlands who are seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join them on a long term locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced local authority lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team.
The duties of this role will involve:
- To provide high-quality, timely legal and commercial advice to the Council
- Advising on public procurement and the new regulations
- Supporting with the delivery projects and handling construction contracts
- Dealing with grants and other commercial documents
- Handling company and corporate matters
