A leading Legal 500 full-service firm in the North West is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners on a diverse range of personal injury matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team is well known for its technical expertise and client-focused approach, handling a wide variety of claims including road traffic accidents, employer and public liability, and complex clinical negligence cases.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing your own caseload of personal injury matters
- Assisting senior lawyers with complex and high-value cases
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and insurers
- Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, deadlines, and internal risk standards
- Providing excellent client service and communication throughout the claims process
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) in England & Wales
- Experience across a range of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, and clinical negligence desirable)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
