A well established law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to provide ongoing support to its busy department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking for a long term locum assignment with an immediate start available.

Role

• Managing a varied private client caseload
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration matters
• Trusts and estate planning work
• Providing advice to a broad client base

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience handling a private client caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
• Excellent client care skills
• The ability to hit the ground running
