About the Role: Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Prosecutions and Licensing Solicitor to join a local authority based in East Midlands. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload of prosecution matters, which may include:
- Environmental/Waste Prosecutions
- Licensing
- All Premises Liquor Licence Prosecutions
- Taxi Licence
- Food Hygiene
You will need to be able to undertake advocacy in person once per week in East Midlands.
