Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

My local government client is seeking an experienced commercial property specialist to join their growing team on a locum basis to cover a period of absence. This role will be for an initial 3-month period, with a strong possibility of extension.

The caseload will include a mix of commercial property transactional matters, such as:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Lease renewals
• Easements and wayleaves
• Some residential experience might be advantageous but is not essential
• Advising on ad hoc property law queries

Previous local government experience is preferred, but candidates with private practice or in-house experience will also be considered. This role suits a proactive solicitor with a can-do attitude.
