Property Litigation Associate

A Property Litigation Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Cambridge

Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

1. Deliver clear, tailored legal advice to clients in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
2. Handle a diverse caseload of high-value property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
3. Advise on landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary and access disputes, adverse possession, and covenant enforcement.
4. Work closely with clients to meet their individual needs and resolve complex legal issues.
5. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

1. 6+ years PQE in property litigation.
2. Strong experience managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
3. Proven success in handling complex dispute resolution matters.
4. Ability to deliver effective outcomes for clients in high-stakes cases.
5. Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
