This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to join a thriving Private Client department, working with high-net-worth clients on complex matters, while playing a key leadership role in a respected and growing firm.Your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality, bespoke legal advice across a full range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, tax, and probate.Overseeing and supporting a team of fee earners and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.Mentoring junior team members and guiding colleagues through complex cases.Assisting the Head of Department and Partners with strategic departmental initiatives and high-value client work.Driving business development activity and maintaining strong client relationships.Contributing to the wider growth and direction of the Private Client team.About You:A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years\’ PQE in Private Client law.Strong technical expertise and a track record of advising HNW individuals and families.Strategic thinker with sound commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.Committed to mentoring others, contributing to team success, and providing an outstanding client experience.A collaborative and proactive leader who is confident in managing both client work and people.
