I am currently working with a Legal 500 ranked and award-winning law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join the team.
As the Partner, you will be working alongside other Partners within the firm along with other Heads of Departments and will contribute to the growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a following or referral network and prior experience with insolvency and restructuring matters.
Partner duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice.
- Promote best practice throughout the team.
- Business development, marketing, time recording, time and file management.
- Assess risks linked with insolvency work and provide strategic advice.
- Supervise, mentor and support team members.
- Stay up to date with the relevant legislation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Manage complex matters and cases.
- Lead and develop the insolvency and restructuring team.
What could set you apart from others?
- Ideally 10 years PQE or similar.
