About You
- 7+ years' PQE in employment law
- Strong technical and commercial employment law expertise
- Experience handling tribunal matters and advisory work
- Proven client relationship and business development skills
- Confident supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
