An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Associate to join a highly regarded and market-leading Dispute Resolution team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, or someone due to qualify shortly, looking to develop their career within a first-class disputes practice. Previous experience in private wealth disputes is not essential.
The role will include:
- Managing and progressing a varied caseload of contentious trusts and estates matters.
- Assisting with litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and court documents.
- Undertaking legal research and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
- Building strong relationships with clients, counsel and other professional advisers.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or due to qualify shortly.
- Have a strong background in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Possess excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Be proactive, collaborative and commercially aware.
- Have a genuine interest in developing a career within contentious trusts, probate and private wealth disputes.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
