A newly qualified Commercial Solicitor is required to join a hospitality business based in Cheshire on a permanent basis ideally to start in September this year. You will be joining a small in-house legal team and working closely with the Head of Legal on general commercial contract matters.
As the Commercial Solicitor, you will be:
- Undertaking a full range of commercial contracts, mainly with B2B Contracts
- Undertaking a suite of contract work which will include drafting and negotiating contracts with external clients and supplier contracts in line with internal contractual policies and procedures before the supply of services
- Assisting with contract negotiations as required
- Working collaboratively across HR, Finance, IT and Sales to support with commercial work as required
As the Commercial Solicitor, you will have:
- Be newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial contract drafting
- Have a wide range of commercial contracts experience ideally across goods and services
- Have experience working in either a private practice or in-house setting
