A well established and highly regarded law firm based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Locum Solicitor to join their team on an immediate, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident litigator to step into a busy caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury matters, working within a supportive and professional team environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of claimant personal injury files, including but not limited to:
- High-value and complex multi-track litigation
- Employer's liability, public liability, and RTA claims
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions
- Preparing cases for trial and liaising with counsel where required
- Progressing files efficiently in line with court deadlines and protocol requirements
About You
- Strong experience in claimant personal injury law, particularly multi-track matters
- Solid litigation experience with the ability to run files independently
- Excellent knowledge of CPR and court procedure
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Prior locum experience (desirable but not essential)
