Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Legal Services team.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties such as bundling
- Letters before action
- Preparation of applications for gas injunction to court
- Post issue of Injunction Application
- Unauthorised encampments
- Pre‐action protocol
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the planning paralegal role will have some previous experience in either planning or working within another local authority.
