About the Locum Planning Lawyer role:

To start ASAP

3-6 months minimum, likely to be ongoing

Remote working

Full time

£55 per hour umbrella

As a Locum Planning Lawyer, you will handle a caseload of planning matters including:

Section 106s

Highways matters

Countryside planning

Minerals & waste

Experience working in a local authority is desirable, and the ideal candidate would have at least 5 years\’ PQE.
