The predicted salary is between 52 - 58 £ per hour.
Our client is looking for an experienced principal childcare lawyer to join them for an initial period of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising a dedicated team of child protection lawyers
- Managing a caseload of child protection cases, including care proceedings, DOLS, inherent jurisdiction, EPOs
- Advising and representing Children's Services including attending a weekly legal surgery
- Advising strategy and procedure relating to Child Care issues
- Building highly effective working relationships with clients
