Locum Planning Lawyer
Hybrid Working
Part Time or Full Time
£50 – £60 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with a well-respected local authority client in the North West, who are looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
You will be joining an established legal team and work alongside a number of other planning lawyers in the team.
Duties will include:
- Managing a predominantly planning law caseload alongside some highways work
- Section 106 agreements
- Planning enforcements
- Certificates of lawfulness
- General advice
Candidates can work on a fully remote basis but those offering committee attendance on a monthly basis will be favoured. Candidates will ideally work 30 hours per week, but full-time applicants may also be considered.
