We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising HR clients on various aspects of employment law
  • Handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters commonly found within a local authority
  • Providing advice and support to HR on internal personnel processes related to staff discipline, grievances, sickness absence, and TUPE
