Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established local authority in Lancashire who are requiring a Childcare Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters. Once a week attendance to the office is required.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children's matters
- Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
- Drafting legal documents, including statements and threshold agreements
- Attending court when required
