About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly competent team.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
- Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
- To advise on sensitive ASC matters
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
- Court of Protection (COP)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
