The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
  • Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
  • Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
