We are working with a well-established Top 100 national law firm, which is looking to appoint an experienced Licensing Legal Director/Partner to join its growing regulatory and commercial team. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm, with an established regional and national client base.
You'll advise a broad range of clients—including hospitality operators, developers, retailers, leisure businesses and corporate clients—on a wide variety of licensing matters. The work is high quality and varied, including premises licence applications, variations and reviews, alcohol and entertainment licensing, regulatory compliance, licensing appeals, enforcement matters and strategic support for transactional and development projects.
You'll also take an active role in business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and supporting the continued expansion of the licensing offering.
