Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a local authority in Leicestershire with the recruitment of a Locum Legal Administrator into their team. It is essential that the candidate can travel to the office for part of the week and that they have used IKEN before.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing signing and sealing of documents
- Preparing engrossments and sending engrossed documents to parties
- Opening files on the IKEN system
- Closing and archiving files on the IKEN system (please note, it is essential that they have previous knowledge of how to use IKEN)
- Undertaking filing on the IKEN system
- Management of correspondence
Candidates looking for full or part time will be considered but it is essential that they have experience using the IKEN case management system.
