My client, a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a Tier 1 clinical negligence team, is looking for an NQ - 2 PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its highly regarded claimant team in North Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside nationally recognised specialists on complex, high-value clinical negligence matters, including catastrophic injury and birth injury claims. The team has an outstanding reputation for securing life-changing outcomes for clients and is known for its collaborative, supportive culture.

You will assist and manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, including:

  • Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims
  • Delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis cases
  • Surgical errors and negligent treatment
  • Catastrophic and life-changing injury claims

Working closely with senior lawyers, partners, and experienced paralegals, you will gain exposure to complex, high-value litigation while developing your own caseload.
