Responsibilities- Develop, maintain and enhance high-quality precedents, templates and know-how resources.
- Provide technical guidance and legal research on complex corporate matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring the team remains up to date with changes affecting corporate practice.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for solicitors, trainees and junior lawyers.
