Title: Public Inquiries Lawyer
Salary: PAYE £31.81 per hour + £4.78 holiday pay (circa £61,200 per annum)
Contract: Initial 12-month contract which is likely to be extended

Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a unique area which deals with high profile matters that consider events of serious public concern.
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of inquiry related matters including offering support to individuals who participate in inquiries.
- Managing your own workload.
- Assist with the team\'s knowledge management/sharing objectives.
- Attending and contributing towards team meetings.
- Keeping files accurately and comprehensively updated on the case management system.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience of public inquiries/reviews and/or public law litigation (Judicial Review).
- Must be able to work in-office 5 days a week due to sensitive workload.
- Must be able to obtain SC clearance which means you cannot have spent more than 6 months out of the UK in the last 5 years.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good legal professional skills.
- Building effective working relationships with clients.
