I am working with a well-regarded regional Legal 500 firm that are looking to add a Junior Private Client Solicitor with at least 6 months PQE to join its growing and well-established private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, collegiate environment, working alongside experienced private client lawyers and advising a varied client base on complex and high-value matters.
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
- Complex Wills and succession planning
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Estate planning
- Lifetime and discretionary trusts
- Trust creation, administration and taxation
- Trust registration and ongoing management
- Probate and estate administration
- High-value and taxable estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Deputyship applications
- Attorney support services
The role will provide exposure to complex work and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise while building long-term client relationships. You will ideally have experience across a broad range of private client work and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in areas such as trusts, tax, estate planning and succession.
