Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the South West. As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of general property law matters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leases
- Licenses and sales and purchases of land
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Disposals and acquisitions
The successful Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial 3 months. This is a hybrid working role with office attendance required once a week ideally. Previous public sector experience is desirable, although experience gained within the private sector will also be considered.
