Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading who pride themselves on City quality work outside London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work. The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE.
Responsibilities
- Deal with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings
- Draft overage provisions
- Handle farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders
- Manage wayleaves and easements
- Involve in property development/investment work, renewable energy projects and related matters
Qualifications
The role is open to candidates from NQ up to 4 years PQE with experience in real estate, particularly agricultural/rural matters.
