Employment Solicitor (1-4 PQE) Hampshire

My client, a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward‑thinking firm known for high‑quality work and strong client relationships.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependant on experience)

Responsibilities

Handle a varied and engaging caseload, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including:

• Advisory and contentious employment law matters
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• TUPE, redundancies and restructures
• Day‑to‑day HR and strategic employment advice

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years\’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
