The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fee earning, business development and marketing.
  • Advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity deals, and reorganizations.
