This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in the market and a robust pipeline of high-value construction disputes across the UK.What you\’ll be doing:Leading on a broad range of construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings, for a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants, and funders.Advising on dispute resolution strategies, contractual claims, delay and disruption issues, and risk management.Managing complex multi-party and high-value matters, often involving cross-jurisdictional elements.Driving business development efforts and expanding your own client portfolio with the support of the firm\’s strong marketing and BD team.Working closely with the firm\’s real estate, projects, and corporate teams to deliver integrated advice on contentious matters.Providing leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.Who we\’re looking for:An experienced construction disputes lawyer, currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step up.Someone with strong technical knowledge of contentious construction law and a proven track record of winning and managing high-profile cases.A confident and commercially minded individual, capable of building and maintaining client relationships at the highest level.Well-connected in the regional or national construction disputes market.A collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment and has a forward-looking approach.In exchange, the firm offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.Apply nowIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please contact Aimee Mann at Sellick Partnership.
