A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team.
The Role
You will manage a varied commercial caseload, advising on and drafting a range of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, supply, distribution and service agreements. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Able to manage matters independently
- Confident, client-focused approach
