Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer. This is a locum appointment with an initial duration of 3 - 6 months with scope for further extension.

Joining this forward-thinking, in-house Local Authority legal team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on a varied caseload to include:

  • Complex ASB possession work
  • Injunction and contempt proceedings
  • Housing disrepair
  • General civil matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Commercial leasehold advice

The client also requires the successful applicant to attend Court approximately once a week. Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered although full-time is preferred.
