Sellick Partnership are looking for a qualified lawyer who has good local authority experience, and can deal with a range of in house contentious matters . Candidates should have rounded experience to take on any matter which falls into civil litigation within Local Authority . The ability to conduct advocacy would also be an advantage when necessary.
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
As a litigation lawyer in the litigation section, you will provide clear, comprehensive professional legal advice to all clients and be comfortable negotiating with other professionals. Lawyers manage a portfolio of their own cases, advising on complex matters including, but not limited to:
- Housing matters
- Debt recovery
- Homelessness decision matters
- Possession orders
- Injunctions
- Judicial Review matters
You\’ll have a brilliant opportunity to develop your specialism with the support of like-minded people and an experienced team around you.
