The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Duration: 6 months + Hybrid working with office and court attendance required.

We are currently seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join a well-respected Law Firm to undertake the work of a number of Local Authority clients.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a caseload of between 8-12 care cases depending on experience
  • Undertaking advocacy in person on hearings such as CMH's and IRH's
  • Providing sound legal advice to the children's team on a range of complex child protection matters

The role benefits from good paralegal and legal assistant support. This is a 6 month role. Full-time hours preferred; however, 4 days or compressed hours will be considered.
