Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting on a wide range of property litigation matters
  • Supporting with landlord and tenant disputes
  • Preparing legal documents, court applications and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and case preparation
  • Managing client communications and maintaining case files
  • Assisting with possession claims, lease disputes and boundary disputes
