An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a Top 100 national law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
Working as part of a highly regarded corporate team, you will advise on a broad range of matters including:
- mergers and acquisitions
- private equity transactions
- corporate restructures
- shareholder agreements
- joint ventures
- general corporate advisory work
You will gain exposure to high-quality, complex transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment. About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) with experience in corporate law
