Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading who pride themselves on City quality work outside London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work. The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE.
Responsibilities
- Handle rural land transactions including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings
- Draft overage provisions
- Manage farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders
- Handle wayleaves and easements
- Work on property development and investment projects
- Assist with renewable energy projects and related property matters
Qualifications
The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE.
