Overview
We're looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-line technical support, resolve incidents, and help deliver reliable, high-quality IT services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, hardware, software and user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary.
- Manage IT assets and device deployments.
- Support service improvements, projects and technology rollouts.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL desirable).
- A team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
