This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial or public-sector lawyer with strong contract drafting and negotiation experience to work across commercial contracts, procurement, contractual risk and insurance. The role will support major public-sector and government organisations, helping them develop and negotiate contracts with suppliers delivering major projects and services. You will be responsible for drafting contracts and bespoke clauses around risk, liability and insurance, determining the requirements suppliers need to meet and negotiating these provisions with suppliers and their legal representatives. The role would suit a lawyer from a public-sector, government, procurement, commercial contracts or regulated environment. Experience with contractual risk, insurance or risk allocation would be advantageous.
